Anthony Nuccio is the co-founder and licensed general contractor behind Wilson Nuccio. After moving to Sarasota with his wife, Bailey, Anthony quickly found his place in the local building community, working alongside top general contractors on high-end custom home projects. Now, with years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry, he's bringing his vision to life through his own company.
Known for his honesty, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality, Anthony takes a relationship-first approach to every job — building on trust, clear communication, and dependable partnerships with clients and tradespeople alike. Now raising two daughters in Sarasota, he's proud to serve the community his family calls home.
Rick Wilson is the co-founder and business operations partner behind Wilson Nuccio, bringing over a decade of high-level asset management and financial experience to the team. Prior to co-founding the company, Rick managed multifamily real estate portfolios valued at over $2.4 billion for some of the nation's leading investment and development firms.
A Dallas native who relocated to Sarasota with his wife and two sons, Rick oversees all client relations, bidding, contracts, and daily operations — ensuring every client has a dependable point of contact from first conversation to final walkthrough. His commitment is simple: trust, transparency, and doing right by the people he works with, on every project, every time.
